About The Position
The position involves essential job functions primarily focused on the offloading and signing for inbound materials, performing receipt of materials from Purchase Orders, and completing job order kit paperwork. The role requires processing controlled lot numbers for traceability of material and moving materials to designated work centers. Responsibilities also include issuing job orders, maintaining accurate inventory records in SytelLine ERP, performing daily cycle counts, and reporting major problems to the supervisor for corrective action. Employees are expected to follow safe work practices, participate in safety training, and report any unsafe conditions or accidents. Additionally, employees must understand and support the quality policy and the quality management system, taking action to prevent nonconformities related to products and processes. Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential, along with maintaining constructive working relationships with others.
