About The Position

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key part of a team that keeps science moving? As a Stockroom Attendant in Reference Standards (RS) Manufacturing, you’ll support daily operations by managing materials, ensuring accurate inventory, and helping our lab teams stay productive. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who likes variety, working with a team, and keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3 years in a stockroom, warehouse, or lab support role
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols, including PPE requirements
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to wear a respirator and participate in OSHA medical surveillance for employees handling OSHA 13 carcinogen listed compounds.
  • Comfortable spending extended periods in cold storage areas (4°C)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP (IFS preferred) and LIMS (Redmine preferred) a plus
  • Familiarity with chemical handling or regulated materials is helpful, but not required
  • Optional participation in PFAS medical surveillance program

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and document incoming raw materials at all manufacturing sites, including cycle testing, priority determination, QC verification, and LIMS/ERP data entry.
  • Store, label, and organize materials accurately, maintaining walk-in and RS stock areas, including overflow rotation and space management.
  • Pull and issue materials for RS shop orders, resale, rework, and R&D projects, ensuring correct quantities, labeling, paperwork, and timely delivery to technicians.
  • Update inventory in LIMS/ERP and perform physical checks to maintain accurate system quantities; troubleshoot and escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Prepare and stage materials for QC testing, ensuring smooth handoff and compliance with testing requirements.
  • Manage DEA- and ATF-regulated materials in controlled areas, maintaining accurate records and tracking.
  • Support material requests, EHS lab pack disposal, and proper put-away to maintain smooth production operations.
  • Participate in CAPA discussions and continuous improvement initiatives related to materials, documentation, and RS Manufacturing processes.
  • Perform other stockroom or material-handling duties as assigned to support RS Manufacturing operations.
