Stockroom Associate
About The Position
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receive incoming parts from vendors. • Check purchase orders against incoming parts. • Receive incoming inventory. • Label all incoming parts. • Complete cycle counts. • Oversee, balance and track Parts Room inventory levels. • Adhere to all SOP’s and HACCP guidelines. • Adhere to all UDA quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity. • Other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Skills & Abilities: • Strong organizational and time management skills • Advanced computer skills • General knowledge of mechanical equipment and parts • Requires the ability to read, hear, speak, comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions Experience: • Experience with equipment maintenance and/or purchasing • Customer (internal or external) service experience • Preferred experience with CMMS, ERP other similar maintenance/inventory management software such as MP2 and AS400 Education/Certifications: • High School Diploma or educational equivalent • Previous forklift experience, and ability to become forklift certified ABOUT UDA: United Dairymen of Arizona (UDA) is a local, family-owned, dairy cooperative committed to serve the needs of our members, community, and customers by providing high quality milk and dairy products. Requirements
