About The Position

At Spartronics, the Stockroom Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts in and out of the stockroom. This position supports inventory accuracy, stock organization, and timely product availability, contributing to overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory tracking systems.
  • Must be able to read and interpret shipping and inventory documents.
  • The ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb steps for up to 8 hours on concrete floors
  • Able to use ladders, walk up/down steps
  • Due to ITAR regulations all applicants must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card Holder. We cannot provide Visa sponsorships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain orderly and accessible stockroom areas by labeling shelves and organizing stock by FIFO (first in first out)
  • Participate in FIFO audits
  • Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate department.
  • Verify shortages are correct on pending shop orders
  • Assist in pulling stock to full material requests from manufacturing
  • Assist with accurate and complete purges of parts that are inaccurate/obsolete
  • Pull customer order numbers (CON) as needed when requested by customers
