Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly at the donation door.
• Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and accurately process items into inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular inventory counts.
• Properly sort items into their respective categories and sizes, and accurately tag them with the correct prices.
• Keep the Stockroom/Donation Area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Operate stockroom equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
