About The Position

As a Stockroom Associate at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory of components and products. This position involves receiving vendor materials, picking transfer orders, and shipping small parcels to customer sites and field service agents. Requirements

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED required.
• Ability to travel 5% for off-site training or meetings.
• Previous stockroom, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP or comparable ERP system preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull/slide heavy materials.
• Ability to perform coordinated movements of hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb as needed.
• Forklift operation is required (training provided onsite).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
• Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of products and materials.
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers in the pick-pack distribution area.
• Using powered industrial forklift equipment to assist in inventory management.
