The Part Time Overnight Stocking Team Member at Michaels is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, merchandising, maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. The role also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team Members must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies, interact respectfully with others, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Michaels operates over 1,300 stores in 49 states and Canada, and online, and also owns Artistree, a manufacturer of custom and specialty framing merchandise.
