Requirements

  • Solid Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, math and computer skills using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications for tracking stock.

  • Organizational Skills: Organizes stock and warehouse areas efficiently to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to the details of inventory counts and stock movements to minimize errors.
  • Physical Stamina: Possesses the physical ability to handle, lift, and move inventory as required in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems: Utilizes warehouse management software to track inventory and streamline operations.
  • Problem Solving: Efficiently identifies and resolves issues related to stock discrepancies and workflow disruptions.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage tasks, interruptions and meet deadlines as required.
  • Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory and operational issues.
  • High School Diploma, or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. The ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e., 'Green Card holder'), or a protected person (e.g., asylee, or refugee).

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels and adjusts as needed. Counts inventory for cycle counting purposes, open/closes cycle count batches and trouble shoots discrepancies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifies quality/process improvements. Knowledge of tools to support continuous improvement.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or internal departments to replenish stock as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Data Reporting: Maintain detailed records of stock movements and generate reports to track inventory trends, performance metrics, and inform decision making processes.
