About The Position

As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in keeping our store organize, well-stocked, and inviting for customers. You will maintain inventory levels, fill the shelves with fresh products, and create a clean, easy-to-navigate shopping experience. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

Requirements

Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Customer service skills to assist shoppers when needed
Continuously stand and walk for extended periods
Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must have visual and hearing acuity.
Occasionally to frequently climb a foot stool or ladder to reach items located on shelves, in coolers, freezers, stockrooms, etc.
Ability to use hands and fingers to reach, lift, push and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis
Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and box cutters
Ability to speak to, hear, and understand others via phone and in person in English

Responsibilities

Stock and organize shelves
Unload and process deliveries
Rotate inventory
Maintain store cleanliness
Assist customers
Monitor inventory levels
Set up displays
Follow safety procedures
Support team operations
Perform all other duties as assigned
Create customer loyalty by delivering outstanding customer service, executing sales promotions, ensuring quality foods products are available to sell
Create accurate records including Waste Logs
Maintain confidentiality regarding private employee matters
Express genuine care for the team, the customers, and the business
Always perform tasks to the highest standards
Take pride in executing job tasks and maintaining a clean, organized work area
