About The Position

Requirements

• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to work with team members and communicate with supervisors and customers.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices, including understanding inventory levels and identifying product issues.
• Basic math skills to accurately count and record inventory levels and product quantities.
• Dependability to show up on time for scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down displays for promotional products, ensuring shelf tags are labeled correctly.
• Keep aisles and common walking areas clean and clear of boxes and debris to prevent injury.
• Be aware of expiration dates and place older items in the front for first selection.
• Handle expired and recalled products properly, keeping accurate logs in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
• Unload and break down deliveries, arrange the stockroom properly, and stock shelves with products using the First-In First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Help customers locate products they are looking for.
• Work with team members to conduct inventory counts.
• Follow company policy to clean product shelves, coolers, and freezers.
• Perform other duties as needed for business operations.
