About The Position

The Gift Shop stocker is responsible for the efficient handling and organization of merchandise within the gift shop's stock areas. Key duties include receiving, unpacking, tagging, and shelving merchandise in both the cage and upstairs stockroom. The position ensures the upkeep and systematic arrangement of these storage spaces, facilitating smooth inventory flow. Additional responsibilities include transporting merchandise and fixtures between stockrooms and the shop floor, as well as supporting setup activities for holidays and special events. Qualifications: Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required) Work Experience Minimum one (1) year Retail experience (required) Skills and Abilities Knowledge of distribution and inventory control functions. Requirements
