This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and finding products, ensuring fast and friendly checkout, and completing truck unloading and merchandise duties. It also includes maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. The position requires engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and be responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery. Other duties include performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies. The role emphasizes interacting with others respectfully, maintaining a positive attitude, promoting commitment to the organization's vision, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also required.
