We’re looking for a proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic Stock Team Operative to join our dynamic warehouse team in Mooresville, NC. In this exciting, hands-on role, you’ll help ensure our products move smoothly through every stage of the process from goods receiving and quality control to overstock management, order fulfilment, and tradeshow preparation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support both daily warehouse operations and the setup of tradeshows nationwide. This role involves both physical and system-based inventory management, so accuracy, teamwork, and a positive “can-do” attitude are essential. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Intermediate computer literacy and experience using WMS or similar systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency when required
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel for tradeshow setup and support

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage all inventory functions within the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Receive inbound shipments accurately for both ALC and KL, ensuring proper labelling and documentation
  • Complete INBSHIP lists and promptly report discrepancies to the Stock Supervisor
  • Move tubs efficiently and accurately through both physical and electronic systems
  • Ensure products are neatly and accurately placed within the picking wall
  • Assist with unloading containers, labeling, and system updates for received goods
  • Support quality control (QC) processes, including inspection, quarantine handling, and stock adjustments
  • Conduct stock checks and respond to inventory-related queries throughout the warehouse
  • Replenish picking locations from overstock as needed
  • Assist in organizing, preparing, and building displays for tradeshows
  • Travel to assist with tradeshow setup and teardown when required
  • Manage the return, restocking, or disposal of tradeshow materials and products
  • Perform weekly removal of cardboard and waste, and operate the floor sweeper
  • Train and operate the “Big Joe” lift safely, performing basic maintenance checks (battery watering, charging, and inspections)
  • Assist supervisors and the Production department with various stock, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
