The Stock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to inventory control, stock handling, and team supervision. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, proper stock rotation, and efficient workflow, while maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise lead stock team in receiving, storing, replenishing, and organizing inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing/management to maintain appropriate levels.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee stockroom/warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and timely.
  • Train and mentor new stock associates on inventory systems, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of stockroom processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to fulfill inventory requests.
