Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• A self-starter with time management and project skills
• Energetic, motivated and engaging; dedicated to elevated customer service and sales productivity
• Ability to react to changing work demands and support in inventory and visual/merchandising directions
• Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
• Supervise and execute all merchandise shipments and immediately report any discrepancies
• Ensure that the selling floor is organized, stocked and follows visual directives
• Assist in leading inventory counts and communicate needs to support business goals
