About The Position

Lead all stockroom, receiving, and inventory management activities to ensure material accuracy and availability in support of production. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both day-to-day execution and driving process improvements across inventory control and material flow.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in warehousing, stockroom, or inventory management
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience (hourly teams preferred)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and material flow processes
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role while leading a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate intake of materials
  • Oversee stockroom operations, including organization, material storage, and kitting
  • Own inventory management at the transactional level, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy
  • Act as a working manager—supporting day-to-day activities such as receiving, pulling kits, and performing cycle counts as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations for all stockroom and inventory-related matters
  • Establish, track, and improve KPIs for: Receiving (on-time delivery, quality) Inventory accuracy (cycle counts, adjustments) Kitting (on-time and accuracy)
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support production efficiency and material flow
