About The Position

Lead all stockroom, receiving, and inventory management activities to ensure material accuracy and availability in support of production. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both day-to-day execution and driving process improvements across inventory control and material flow.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in warehousing, stockroom, or inventory management
5+ years of direct people management experience (hourly teams preferred)
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and material flow processes
Comfortable working in a hands-on role while leading a team

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

Lead receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate intake of materials
Oversee stockroom operations, including organization, material storage, and kitting
Own inventory management at the transactional level, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy
Act as a working manager—supporting day-to-day activities such as receiving, pulling kits, and performing cycle counts as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations for all stockroom and inventory-related matters
Establish, track, and improve KPIs for: Receiving (on-time delivery, quality) Inventory accuracy (cycle counts, adjustments) Kitting (on-time and accuracy)
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support production efficiency and material flow
