As we continue to grow as a public company, we’re looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to help ensure our equity programs are accurate, compliant, and trusted by employees across the organization. This role sits within HR and partners closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Internal Audit. You’ll have hands-on ownership of equity operations, exposure to SEC and audit processes, and a seat at the table for how equity supports our total rewards strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in equity compensation administration, preferably at a US-based public company.
  • Familiarity with RSU, stock option, and ESPP programs.
  • Strong understanding of SEC filings, insider trading policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting audits and SOX controls.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain equity topics to employees at all levels.
  • Experience with equity administration systems (Fidelity, Computershare, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer RSUs, stock options, ESPP activity, vesting, and employee lifecycle events
  • Reconcile equity data across Workday, equity platforms, and transfer agents
  • Prepare equity reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance, and blackout windows
  • Partner with Internal Audit on SOX controls and audits
  • Support employee education and inquiries around equity
