The team members in this position are responsible for picking and packing online orders for customers. This role requires early morning availability and involves delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will also engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support shrink and safety programs.
