Requirements

• 2+ years of high volume relevant retail experience as a proven leader

Responsibilities

• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
• Directly train and partner with Stock team to ensure all management and inventory functions run smoothly
• Understand all management register functions and operational functions
• Supervise all merchandise shipments and immediately report any discrepancies
• Ensure that the selling floor is organized, stocked and follows visual directives
• Assist in leading inventory counts and communicate needs to support business goals
• Leverage company tools to improve department performance and replenishment strategies
