Together we create the cutest, cuddliest, (and sometimes downright unusual) plush and lifestyle products in the world. Candidates must be well-spoken and confident in their ability to interact with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times. What does this position do? The Stock Lead is responsible for a clean and organized stock room while supporting the sales floor by ensuring effective replenishment practices are in place. In addition, the Stock Lead responsibilities include:

Requirements

2+ years of retail experience preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong time management skills and detail-oriented
Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects of at least 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Supporting the team with all back-of-house related functions
Ensuring the product is easily located, neat, and organized at all times
Planning and scheduling all incoming and outbound shipments
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
