About The Position

The Stock Keeper plays an integral role in supporting the boutique’s success by ensuring efficient back-of-house operations and seamless collaboration with the Sales and Management teams on the sales floor. This position is responsible for maintaining organization, accuracy, and efficiency across all inventory processes, contributing to a polished and elevated client experience. The Stock Keeper works in close partnership with Store Leadership and the Operations Team to support daily business needs.

Requirements

  • Retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while following direction from the Operations Team
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with shipping systems, inventory management systems, and inventory audits preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a highly organized and efficient stockroom while supporting sales floor needs in alignment with boutique standards.
  • Support all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries, internal transfers, client orders, and eCommerce shipments to support operational efficiency and exceptional client service.
  • Partner with Store Management and the Operations Team to promptly communicate and resolve shipment discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Execute cycle counts across product categories and support inventory accuracy initiatives as directed by the Operations Team.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual inventory processes.
  • Partner with the Operations Team to research and resolve inventory discrepancies, adjustments, and corrections.
  • Uphold brand visual and organizational standards across both stockroom and sales floor environments.
  • Provide sales floor support as needed, including coverage and assistance to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Support additional operational needs as assigned by Store Management.
