As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager, you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. Responsibilities

Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example
Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
Manage task lists and prioritize requests
Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
