About The Position

The Stock Coordinator at BIRKENSTOCK is responsible for the efficient handling of the company's inventory, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes while adhering to security policies. Responsibilities

  • Processing all store shipments and managing recalls.
  • Ensuring daily maintenance and housekeeping of the stockroom area.
  • Verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products.
  • Checking the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents according to company procedures.
  • Handling all store inventories and merchandise received or transferred properly.
  • Maintaining a neat, organized, and well-stocked merchandise area.
  • Complying with all store security procedures as outlined in the Store Operations Manual.
  • Communicating and troubleshooting any discrepancies with the Store Manager.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly sized.
  • Providing high-level customer service by promoting the total customer service program.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Management Team.
