About The Position
The Stock Control Associate in Receiving has a strong work ethic, with an attention to detail, motivation and exceeds customer expectations by accurate work and high productivity, while performing key responsibilities based on assigned job function. This position is essential in ensuring that Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by adhering to established quality and accuracy standards. The role requires strict adherence to posted procedures and maintaining acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job. The associate must demonstrate a positive team-oriented demeanor and contribute to the ongoing success of the warehouse team by accepting and embracing additional duties as required. The position also involves actively cross-training in other areas and ensuring a safe working environment by following established safety expectations. The associate will interact effectively with individuals and groups both inside and outside the organization, maintaining professionalism and providing customer service excellence. The role includes receiving products, verifying part numbers and quantities, and entering product information into the Warehouse Computer System.
