About The Position

The Stock Control Associate in Order Pulling at Mouser Electronics is responsible for ensuring high productivity and accuracy in order fulfillment. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift Certification (preferred)
• Warehouse experience (preferred)
• Computer skills
• Ability to count and match accurately and perform simple math
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Strong quality and productivity orientation
• Ability to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10-12 hours
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience with powered industrial trucks (wave, forklift, and/or pallet jack)
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Pulls parts from bin box or shelving
• Verifies part numbers, quantity, hardware, date, and lot codes
• Enters required information in handheld computer/iPad
• Repackages product as requested
• Reports issues professionally
• Meets customer requirements
• Applies and scans barcodes
• Maintains acceptable attendance based on company guidelines
• Demonstrates a positive team-oriented demeanor
• Contributes to the ongoing success of the warehouse team
• Ensures a safe working environment by adhering to safety expectations
• Notifies management of any observed safety hazards
• Maintains a professional, neat, and orderly work area
• Supports and participates in the company's total quality process
