Effective interaction with individuals and groups both inside and outside the organization is crucial, as is maintaining a professional and orderly work area. The associate will also support the company's total quality process, which includes continuous improvements and customer service excellence. Key responsibilities include pulling parts from bin boxes or shelving, verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information into a handheld computer or iPad, repackaging products as requested, and applying and scanning barcodes. The associate will also report any issues professionally and ensure that customer requirements are met consistently.
