ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer’s expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy. Strictly adheres to all posted procedures. Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. Must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job. Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments. Contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required” along with willingness to help the department as a whole. Actively cross-trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function. Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safety expectations and by following established housekeeping requirements. Notifies management of any observed safety hazards. Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization. Supports and participates in the company’s total quality process, including continuous improvements. The following summarizes the key job accountabilities to be performed: Pulls parts from bin box or shelving Assists drivers with loading and unloading products Sorts product, pallets, boxes and moves to various areas within the warehouse Cleans and preps work areas by removing empty boxes from work stations Picks up oversized and/or fragile parts (not able to travel by the conveyor system) and manually delivers to the consolidation department Removes trash
