Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, or tools, and compiles stock records of items in stockroom, warehouse or storage yard. This worker verifies receipt of items on requisition or invoice, examines stock to verify conformance to specifications, stores articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size or type of material, fills orders or issues supplies from stock, prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders. This work compiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments, may mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, may distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued, and adjust or repair to articles carried in stock. Performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, clerical and secretarial duties. The work is under general supervision of higher-level personnel. May be expected to always exercise discretion; limited judgment may be necessary at times. This work will require the ability to operate general office equipment such as computers and copiers. Duties include lifting items in excess of 35 pounds, moving equipment and machinery to/from LRC for scheduled services, and submission of documentation to LRC ahead of equipment handover for scheduled services. Perform a variety of duties assisting higher skilled level employees in such duties as supply, warehousing, customer service, administrative duties, pickup and delivery, housekeeping, upkeep of the grounds, washing vehicles, and other miscellaneous tasks within Range Operations. Provide customer assistance in a proficient and professional manner. Operates Remote Computer Stations in support of automated ranges based upon unit scheduling as necessary. What You'll Be Doing: Provide supply or material control logistical procedures and IAW Government Regulations for supply and material control. Effectively use the government supply systems, databases and computer programs of record, supply discipline programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. Effectively use Microsoft Office, Excel and MAXIMO systems. Provide supply and /or material control and conduct real property accountability. Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment. Observe error messages and identify faulty output or machine stoppages. Troubleshoot and resolve system software, hardware, and network issues. Answer questions and troubleshoot problems for users. What Required Skills You'll Bring:
