About The Position
As a Stock Clerk for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our bar remains well-stocked with all necessary supplies to provide exceptional service to our guests. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Must be able to wear assigned costumed uniform.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
- Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products.
- Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
