About The Position

The Stock Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This role performs inventory handling, material movement, and documentation duties to support production and shipping needs. This position works under the direction of the Stock Supervisor or designated management while following all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.
Review shipping notices, orders, and records to determine daily work priorities.
Prepare, complete, and maintain accurate shipping and inventory documentation.
Perform routine quality checks on wire, cable, and packaged materials.
Safely move materials between shipping, storage, and work areas.
Determine proper placement and space requirements for shipments.
Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition.
Inspect material handling equipment and report defects to maintenance or supervision.
Follow all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and security requirements.
Report unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
Adapt to changing work demands and multitask as required.
Use time efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
Complete all other duties as assigned.
