Job Purpose: Responsible for working as a member of the store team to achieve store sales goals by processing all inventory and stock transactions accurately and quickly. Also responsible for store replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
Responsibilities
- Supports store sales productivity and customer service through processing all transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
- Knowledge and understanding of store sales goals.
- Understands and abides by all Diesel retail policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude.
- Supports the Diesel brand image through the Diesel Dress Code policy.
- Attends all store meetings as directed by management.
- Develops and maintains understanding of all relevant company, store and product information.
- Maintains product levels through the daily restock of the sales floor.
- Communicates product stock level issues to management as appropriate.
- Communicates product quality issues to management as necessary.
- Processes all inventory transactions accurately, in a timely fashion and as per Diesel inventory policy and Procedure.
- Ensures that all product in back-stock is sensored and organized at all times.
- Follows all store opening and closing procedures.
- Keeps current regarding all information posted on store communication boards, and in department binders.
- Performs operational duties as directed by management.
- Maintains a clean and organized stockroom at all times.
- Follows daily and weekly cleaning procedure to ensure department and stores are consistently cleaned to company standards.
- Understand Diesel brand values.
- Communicate the brand values to customers.
- Support Diesel brand image by always adhering to Diesel dress code.
