About The Position

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are responsible for managing product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor. This includes effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising, all while adhering to AEO Brand Standards. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you are also expected to support the team and assist guests on the Salesfloor as needed. The role emphasizes representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong in priority-setting and time management.
• Have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising, adhering to brand standards.
• Maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take action to correct them.
• Be prepared to assist fellow team members with non stock-related tasks or help guests.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
