Requirements

The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
A high school diploma or GED.
The ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as needed
Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift.
The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.

Previous retail or stock experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries
Stock shelves and displays with products in a timely manner
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
Support sales associates by providing requested items promptly.
