Stock Associate - Market Street at Lynnfield
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Part-Time Stock Associate to support the store's operational and customer service efforts. You will thrive behind the scenes, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, replenishment, and stockroom organization while contributing to an exceptional shopping experience. You will play a vital role in execution of our floor set process, maintaining visual merchandising standards, maximizing sales opportunities through product replenishment, and creating seamless customer experience.
Requirements

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling and maneuvering around store, hang/fold merchandise, ladder climbing, operate POS registers and other company mobile devices, occasionally operate trash compactor (where applicable), occasionally use hand truck, lift and carry up to 42lbs, etc.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive and stock merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
- Maintain a well-organized backroom to maximize efficiency and support store goals.
- Execute workload to labor productivity standards, including merchandise processing, steaming, markdowns, and transfers.
- Assist in replenishing inventory to ensure all available sizes and styles are represented on the sales floor.
- Prepare merchandise according to company visual standards and support floor set execution.
- Support Sales Associates by assisting with sales transactions and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
- Address operational challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
