There may be an opening that we have not posted yet. We are looking for a STOCK/ CENTER STORE ASSOCIATE to join our Rowe's team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness and product assortment is maintained in and throughout the store. This person will be receiving, stocking, and rotating product, facing product, taking special orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and work well as a team
• Continually strives to be product minded, customer minded, personnel minded, detailed, consistent and forward focused
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• A passion for serving others

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Receives stores, stocks, fills, maintains, and rotates products on shelves and displays
• Confirms pricing accuracy, country of origin, and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
• Pulls out of dated product from the shelves
• Maintains high presentation standards and quality
• Assists in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the store.
