In this role, you will receive shipments and accurately maintain inventory records while also maintaining the stockroom and off-site locations. You will assist the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. Your responsibilities will include exemplifying the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers, scanning shipments as delivered, ticketing and stocking merchandise, providing feedback to supervisors regarding inventory levels and damages, and organizing the stockroom by department and categories. You will also ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, and logged, and easily located for replenishment. Additional tasks include packing and logging merchandise for customer deliveries, transporting merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations, and ensuring the stockroom is clean and organized. You may assist on the sales floor during peak times and will be expected to complete tasks listed on a daily agenda or as assigned, while complying with all company policies and procedures.
