In this role, you will receive shipments and accurately maintain inventory records while also maintaining the stockroom and off-site locations. You will assist the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. Your responsibilities will include exemplifying the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers, scanning shipments as delivered, ticketing and stocking merchandise, providing feedback to supervisors regarding inventory levels and damages, and organizing the stockroom by department and categories. You will also ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, and logged, and easily located for replenishment. Additionally, you will pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries, transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations, and maintain accurate inventory records. Keeping the stockroom clean and organized is essential, and you may assist on the sales floor during peak times as assigned. Compliance with all company policies and procedures is required to minimize loss to the company.
