About The Position

This 2nd shift (Sun-Thur, 3:30pm-12mid) position contributes to the success of the Inbound/Inventory Movement department by performing the following functions: Stocking, Receiving, Replenishment, Cycle Count, and all other functions relating to Inbound/Inventory movement.

Requirements

• Possess High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of distribution or warehouse operations.
• Problem solving skills.
• Attention to and awareness of ergonomic issues in the workplace.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Stock all cartons (Replenishment, RTS, and splits) in pre-arranged bins in the pick zones.
• Ensure stock is put away correctly and in a timely manner for internal customer.
• Provide detailed information for re-profiling to ensure productive picking flow and stocking flow.
• Assist in Inventory accuracy and provide support to Shipping Reconciler.
• Process factory exception forms when needed.
• Communicate mis-picks to Inbound/Inventory Movement coordinators.
• Perform all physical model moves for Re-profiling.
• Work with Stocking coordinator to identify and process overstock cartons.
• Assist with the training and development of temporary workforce.
• Provide and support company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide support to all warehouse functional areas when needed.

• Pay Rates Start @ $19.50 Per Hour
• $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
