As a Stock Associate at Pottery Barn, you will be responsible for receiving shipments and accurately maintaining inventory records. Your role will involve maintaining the stockroom and off-site locations, as well as assisting the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. You will exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers. Your tasks will include scanning shipments as delivered, ticketing and stocking merchandise, providing feedback to supervisors regarding inventory levels and damages, organizing the stockroom, ensuring merchandise is safely stored, and packing and logging merchandise for customer deliveries. You may also assist on the sales floor during peak times and complete tasks listed on the daily agenda.
