About The Position

The purpose and function of the Stock & Material Handler position is to perform general warehouse duties at our Parts Center. Honda has a clear vision for the future, and it’s a joyful one. Requirements

  • No experience necessary
  • Ability to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to understand verbal and written directions
  • Ability to make calculations of amounts to ensure correct order quantities are selected
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Bending, walking, and lifting, up to 25-50 pounds on a frequent basis required
  • Comfortable working at high levels on an elevated platform up to 40 feet
  • Must be able to work the 2nd shift, starting at 3PM/4PM until 11:30PM/12:30AM
  • Must be able to adhere to Honda’s long-term commitment to high efficiency and shipping accuracy to deliver quality service parts to our customers
  • Must be a team player and willing and able to find, implement, and embrace new methods and processes to enhance operations

Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of all Honda/Acura parts and accessories
  • Operating a forklift and other warehouse machinery
  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling 25-50 pounds frequently
