About The Position

The Stock & Delivery Coordinator role at Dutch Bros Coffee focuses on aligning inventory processes, ensuring orders are completed according to the shop delivery schedule, and accurately forecasting product usage to manage warehouse space effectively. This role involves communicating supply chain issues and product usage tracking with supervisors. Essential duties include completing required monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate COG calculations, which contributes to the company's financial health and supports its mission to spread 'Dutch love' through coffee.

Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays that may include a total of 35 or more hours per week
• Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR required
• This position requires driving, when necessary and must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Fill and deliver orders for all shops from the warehouse
• Submit all orders to the Operator
• Contact the distributor with corrections, mispicks, or damages
• Put away stock and deliveries as they come to the warehouse
• Conduct end-of-the-month inventory and as requested by Operator
• Maintain proper signage- Current POSs and menus
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly
• Check all incoming/outgoing orders for accuracy
• Bag and Deliver Ice to shops as needed
• Correct daily orders if there are adjustments or borrowed stock
• Break down boxes and stack milk crates
• Rotate all stock daily
• Remain on call for any emergency stock needs
