Requirements
- Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and assistance to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Promote resident comfort, safety, and independence
- Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
