Requirements

Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide excellent resident care and support
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team
