Requirements
- Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work effectively as part of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.
