Requirements
- A current STNA certification and in good standing with the state of Ohio.
- A caring, reliable, and patient individual who loves making a difference.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents with kindness and respect.
- Assist with daily tasks like personal hygiene, mobility, and meals to ensure comfort and dignity.
