About The Position
We are a compassionate, resident-focused Skilled Nursing Facility located in Blue Ash, Ohio. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring STNA to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Active Ohio STNA certification (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine compassion for seniors and individuals needing skilled nursing care
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs, report changes in condition
- Support residents’ emotional well-being and promote dignity and independence
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility and state guidelines
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to ensure outstanding resident care
