Requirements

Current Ohio STNA license—unencumbered
Strong documentation skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with all personal care such as grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, oral hygiene and incontinence care.
Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions.
Attending required in-service training events.
Providing and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of every shift.
Maintain clean and safe environment for resident safety.
Perform other assigned duties.
