Requirements

  • Current Ohio STNA license—unencumbered
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with all personal care such as grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, oral hygiene and incontinence care.
  • Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions.
  • Attending required in-service training events.
  • Providing and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of every shift.
  • Maintain clean and safe environment for resident safety.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
