About The Position

The STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) position offers part-time opportunities with a focus on providing care to residents throughout the Care Center. The role involves assisting in various neighborhoods including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care. The ideal candidate should be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. The position includes holiday and weekend rotation, with 8-hour shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Requirements

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (must complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor Resident’s Rights
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent attendance and work history

Responsibilities

• Perform care to residents throughout the Care Center
• Assist in Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods
• Maintain confidentiality and honor Resident’s Rights
• Communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies
