About The Position
At Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our nursing team on a PRN basis. Our nursing team is the heart of our world-class, patient-centered standard of care, and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents and their families. As an STNA, you will play a crucial role in providing personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the dignity and respect they deserve. You will be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and encourages you to make a difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of your shift, monitor and respond to resident requests and needs, and maintain a clean and pleasant environment for our residents. You will assist in preparing residents for various activities, perform basic nursing care procedures, and ensure that all resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner. Additionally, you will maintain documentation records for activities of daily living and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to enhance the quality of care provided.
