About The Position

The STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities at Fairlawn Haven in Archbold, OH. The role involves working various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with options for 8 and 12-hour shifts. The position includes a holiday and weekend rotation, focusing on providing care to residents throughout the Care Center, including the Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods. The ideal candidate should be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.

Requirements

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready must complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor Resident’s Rights
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Effective communication skills with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies
• Excellent attendance and work history
